The GVMA'S 27th Round Up Thunder in the Valley Sunday, August 16th, 2009 THUNDERBIRD SHOW PARK 248TH ST. & 72ND AVE., LANGLEY, B.C. On site registration begins at 8:30 am and continues until 11:00 am. However, it is recommended that you arrive on site by 9:30. In 2006 we moved Round Up from Spanish Banks, Vancouver, B.C. to Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Langley, B.C. In 2008 we moved Round Up to Thunderbird Show Park at the corner of 72nd Ave. & 248th St., Langley, B.C. Our slogan for Round Up was "Thunder In The Valley". We couldn't have picked a better a better slogan. The weather forecast was a little iffy for the day. The morning started with thunder and lightening and a brief shower. The wind picked up and blew the clouds away leaving us with a bright sunshine for most of the day. We just got the awards presentations underway and the thunder, lightening and showers returned. Attendance was up slightly in 2008. See you once again in 2009 at Thunderbird Show Park. Round Up is our Club's biggest event of the year. Although this is primarily a Mustang Show, it is open to all Ford Specialty Vehicles and vehicles that are Ford powered such as Tigers and Panteras. There are classes for stock and modified Mustangs as well as classes for Non-Mustang Fords.
